BOWMAN COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY

The purpose of the Bowman County National Honor Society shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students of Bowman County High School.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for the Bowman County National Honor Society:

  1. Be a junior or senior

  2. 3.3 GPA

  3. Be involved in at least three school activities in grades 9-10; be involved in two school activities in grade 11; be involved in at least two activities in grade 12 for those who are not National Honor Society members, or if you are a senior National Honor Society member be involved in at least one other activity.

  4. Students who have alcohol, tobacco, or school discipline referrals may be ineligible or removed from the Bowman County National Honor Society. Students who have had a drug, alcohol, and/or tobacco related infraction during their high school years will automatically be ineligible their junior year and may apply their senior year, if there have been no further infractions.
