Hi Everyone, It has been an exciting couple weeks as our winter teams participate in their post-season tournaments! We know that we have many students that want to continue supporting our Bulldog Teams during this time. Obviously, traveling to Bismarck for the boys’ regional tournament does have some issues. The booster club would like to organize and sponsor a student-fan bus to Bismarck for these tournaments. To make this happen we need to find out how much interest there will be a fan bus for those days and find chaperones to ride the bus. Expectations for the Fan bus: • We will need a minimum of 20 students to sign up for each day to travel. This fan bus will be open to grades 7-12 only. If we don’t get 20 students, the bus won’t be traveling on that day. o Students interested in riding the fan bus need to complete the form at the link below  https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=Kni_2_HO8UqGyB-SAQYdthMF0ZSkcVFAhcr7GXZw3I5UQjdWMU5UQlNYSU45QkhCQkxDTlExWlJNNC4u o If we have overwhelming response, we will limit seats on the bus to upper classman and work our way down until the bus is full. • Student will need to bring a signed note from parent/guardian into the office Monday morning to be allowed on the bus. The note needs to specify which days the student will be riding the fan bus. • Students are expected to pay their own admission into the tournament ($5.00). • The cost for riding the fan bus is free of charge. • Students that ride the bus to the tournament are expected to ride back to Bowman on the bus. • We will also need a minimum of 2 chaperones on each day. If we have more students, we may need more chaperones. If we don’t have enough chaperones, the bus won’t be traveling on that day. If you would like to chaperone please contact Chrissy Blankenbaker at 290-9256. Booster Club will pay admission for any chaperones. • The expectation will be that the bus will travel to the game and back to Bowman immediately following the game. We will expect any students that are riding to eat at the tournament venue. The bus will not be making an additional stop. • A determination if the fan bus will be traveling will be made at the following times: o Monday, March 4 fan bus – Decision by Sunday, March 3 at 6:00 pm o Tuesday, March 5 fan bus – Decision by Monday, March 4 at 3:00 pm o Thursday, March 7 fan bus – Decision by Wednesday, March 6 at 3:00 pm • Estimated bus leave times. o Monday, March 4 – Bus leaves Bowman at 10:30  Bulldogs play at 2:00 mountain time o Tuesday, March 5 – Bus leaves Bowman at 1:30  Bulldogs play at 5:00 mountain time o Thursday, March 7 – Bus leave Bowman at 1:30  Bulldogs play at TBD
