On April 10, we will have our winter athletic banquet at Bowman County High School Gymnasium. This will be for High School Girls' Basketball, High School Boys' Basketball, and 7-12 boys' and girls' wrestling.
We will be trying something new this year for the banquet. Instead of each program breaking out separately, we will combine in the big gym. The banquet will start at 6:30 p.m. Since we are combining all programs, we know that time is valuable, so we will skip the social and get right to the awards and recognition of our student athletes.

Bowman County fans, I received notice from the NHSACA National Office informing me that our very own Jon Jahner has been selected as one of the eight finalists for National Boys’ Cross Country Coach of the Year for 2025. The NHSACA National Coach of the Year Selection Committee will evaluate Mr. Jahner against the other finalists.
This is an extraordinary recognition and award. These finalist candidates/coaches are in
competition with each other and are evaluated against one another to be the NHSACA National Coach of the Year. This June, the national coaches convention will be held in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Make sure you give Coach Jahner a huge congratulations on being selected as a finalist. We are sure proud of you Coach.

CWE allows BCHS seniors to gain real-world job experience and earn high school credit.
Spring weather is here and has already had us changing dates and such.
Monday 3/31 Junior High track meet has been moved to Friday 4/4. Start time of 2:00pm
Tuesday 4/1 High School track meet has been moved to Thursday 4/3. This start time will be 2:00pm;
If we see a large number of teams we may move the meets up to a noon start time. Make sure to look on social media or school calendar to see the changes. Thanks so much.
