Hello Everyone!
It is hard to believe that we are now starting October! We are currently planning for student conferences and wanted to provide you with some information. We are trying a new format this fall and want to make sure everyone knows the schedule.
Dates:
Tuesday, October 15 – 3:30 to 6:00
Wednesday, October 16 – 8:30 to 11:30
Conference Options:
K-6 Conferences: Scheduled by classroom teacher.
7-12 Student-Led Conference: Scheduled with the PRIDE teacher. Student leads the conference and presents their academic progress. Parents and students also have the option of meeting with individual teachers as needed.
7-12 Individual Conferences: Meet with individual teachers as needed. We strongly encourage that the student attend these as well.
We look forward to seeing you at conferences!

The c-squad volleyball team competed in Hettinger today. After tough pool play, they won the first round of bracket play advancing to the 2nd round where they lost to Hazen. They worked hard and improved over the course of the day. Great work!

High School Volleyball hosted the Bantams from Belfield tonight. In the JV game our lady bulldogs won 2 sets to 1. Scores were:

Varsity had an outstanding night winning 3 sets to 0. Scores were:

Great job ladies. We knew you would bounce back. Keep having fun and playing with confidence.
Up next for the bulldogs is a C tournament in Hettinger on Saturday. Then on Tuesday 10/5 we travel to Hettinger again for another Region 7 matchup. We have homecoming week next week as well so get ready for a busy and fun filled week.

Hallway Decorating: Grades 8, 10 & 12 decorate from 12-4. Grades 7, 9, & 11 decorate from 2-6.

Tuesday October 8th, 2024 the Marmarth Reorganization Committee will meet in Rhame @ 5:00PM

Wednesday October 2, 2024 Policy Committee will meet @4:00pm in the Highschool Conference Room.

Your Bowman County girls golf team finished their last day of their season at their state tournament. It was beautiful weather today!! They played their hearts out for both days, and we couldn’t be more proud of them!!

The New England Tigers traveled to town for a region 7 volleyball matchup. Before the varsity kicked off, we were able to pay tribute and recognize the family of Charlene Honeyman. The Honeyman family were gracious enough to donate a large retractable flag in Charlene's memory. Tonight was the official unavailing. Thanks to all who helped with this process and a special thank you to the Honeyman family for all your support.
In varsity action, we saw three very competitive sets vs the tigers with some exciting back and forth action. Scores for the varsity March were:

All in favor of the tigers. Our girls were very competitive tonight and gave us fans three exciting sets that were all very competitive and fun to watch.
We are entering a busy October so get ready to come cheer our girls on as they work to move up in the region 7 standings. The bulldogs are back in action this Thursday as the Bantams travel to Bowman for another regional matchup. Heads up ladies, we know you will bounce back and show your grit.


We are selling shirts at the volleyball games tonight. Shirts pressed at the gym tonight.
Proceeds will be donated to local families fighting cancer.



The theme for tonight's game, October 1, is changed to Pink Out.
The theme for Tuesday, October 8, is changed to Purple Night.


We love that all students have the opportunity for art!


Our girls played in the first round of the state tournament in Fargo today. We had extremely windy conditions but everyone held a great attitude the entire day!! Scores were as follows!!

Varsity volleyball traveled south to the black hills today for a tournament. After some tough pool play, BCHS brings home the consolation championship at the Belle Fouche tournament. Great job girls.
