Boys golf traveled to Beulah and Hazen for JV and JH action. A hot but calm day on the course was a welcome change for these boys.

Bowman County fans. We have another signing to announce. This one much of the state has been eager to hear about. Sophia Headley has signed her national letter of intent to North Dakota State University to continue her athletic and academic career. A dedicated and talented athlete, Sophia has consistently demonstrated excellence on the track, earning multiple accolades, state championships, and setting school records in multiple events. She has been a key contributor to her teams success throughout her high school career. This is an exciting new chapter, and the communities of Bowman County are proud to celebrate this achievement with you. We are looking forward to watching you at the next level.

FYI!
Varsity boys golf traveled to Hazen today for a tournament. A tough course means higher than normal scores. No person in the field broke 80. Very uncommon for region 5.
Congrats to Zak Njos on placing 2nd overall. The team placed 4th. These boys have youth but also an ultra desire to be great. Look out for this team to make a push for a region championship at the end of the month.

Taylor Wanner is the runner-up in the 1600m at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in a new PR & Bowman County School Record of 4:13.12!!
Jonah Njos places 10th with a PR of 4:19.21, and Noah Njos in 34th with a new PR of 4:29.94!!
Sophia Headley places 5th in the 300m hurdles at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in a time of 44.98. That time ranks Sophia 2nd in all classes of North Dakota! Congrats Sophia!!!

What a day for the Boys golf team. Tough weather and even Tougher competition brought out the best in these boys. Three of the boys placed on the top six. Narrowly edging out Shiloh And Heart River on the team scores. Our boys got another school record shooting a 316. Great job players and coaches. We are proud of you. Scores in the pictures
